Clients must ensure access to the property at the scheduled time of service. If our team is unable to enter due to lack of access, a lockout fee of up to 50% of the total service cost may be charged.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the service cost.
Payment is due on the day of service, unless other arrangements are made with Glanz Cleaning Solutions LLC in advance. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, Venmo, and Zelle. Late payments may incur additional fees.
We stand by the quality of our work. If you are unsatisfied with any aspect of your cleaning, please notify us within 24 hours. Glanz Cleaning Solutions LLC will return to re-clean the concerned areas at no additional charge.
Our cleaners exercise great care in your home. However, in the rare event of accidental damage, we are insured and will address the issue—provided it is reported within 24 hours of service completion.
Glanz Cleaning Solutions LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel service in the presence of unsafe or hazardous conditions, including but not limited to biohazards, pest infestations, or unsafe environments. All pets must be secured during service to ensure the safety of both your animals and our staff.
We reserve the right to decline or discontinue services at our discretion, including due to inappropriate behavior, unsafe conditions, or violations of these Terms.
